Hi!

Mest concert was....wonderful. lol. No meetings after though. I'll get to why after i explain the concert part. Get ready for some major rambling as i try to remember the details as they come to me.

We actually got lost again on the subway trying to find the street that the club is on. Avalon and Axis are basically the same clubs but in different buildings. Avalon was where the simple plan concert was a couple weeks ago...but still we got lost trying to find the Axis. Kinda sad. So David, Andrew, Ash, me, and my mom, plus a bunch of kids we found on one of the trains that were also lost walked around boston for a while until we finally found the right one. When we first walked in my first thought was "holy shit! this place is TINY!" Axis is WAY smaller than the Avalon and i thought that was small! I kinda flipped out because i pictured Tony being onstage and was grinning lol. So we all split up. Andrew and David went down onto the floor. My mom went near the back, and me and ash decided to start pushing from the right side of the crowd. (turns out we missed dynamite boy completely and they had just ended their set when we got there.) This crowd was probably the roughest i have ever been in, and thats sorta funny considering that its also the smallest. During Matchbook romance me and ash weaved our way up between this 10 foot tall guys until we were about 4 or 5 people from the gate up front. There were SO MANY TALL PEOPLE! and the crowd mostly consisted of older guys in their 20's. I didnt really pay much attention to Matchbook romance because i dont really know any of their songs except one or two and i was consentrating on not being pulled into the mosh pit that was directly behind us. After they finished we decided to try another method because we were surrounded by all these really tall guys that didnt want to let me thru no matter how hard i pushed. (im good at getting thru so i actually did but when i grabbed ash's arm to get her up there with me she got hit by a mosher and got pulled back so i ended up just going back to find her again.) We watched Fall out Boy from um...probably 3 people back from the gate i suppose and they were REALLY GOOD! I screamed along to their songs and had to jump alot. If you didnt jump you got pushed down to the floor because the crowd was pretty bad. After that set i was flipping out because i really wanted to be closer when Mest was on and me and ash still couldnt both get thru all these huge guys. So we ended up backing up thru the now empty 'moshing area' so we were in the middle of the crowd. Of course then we were in the land of the "omigod tony is so hot" girls area so that pissed me off pretty fast. All these 13 year old girls were being SO annoying. There is nobody onstage and there are like...10 of them in the crowd with one of their dads and they are like trying to push me out of the way. Not like pushing but...ok she had both her arms in fists on my shoulders and was like pushing on me, not hard or anything. I just turned and went "you do know your NEVER gonna get thru like that right?" and she stopped. Fucking idiot...Anyway, Mest took the stage and i quickly kicked some of those girls in the shins and went sideways past them all so we tried the right side. With some fighting and kicking we made it to the 3rd row of people from the stage in a matter of like...3 min. lol. I was that motivated. My brother and David ended up being right with us too. Mest was SO good! holy shit! i was so so so excited! i screamed my brains out and had to kick a lot of girls because they were trying to take my spot and i was so pissed off at them. I wonder how many peoples legs have bruises on them because of my fake converse now lol. The crowdsurfing was out of control. There were so many that it took away from the concert because every 3 seconds there was another person being thrown at our heads. This guys behind us was so funny. Everytime he saw somone being thrown up from the pit behind him he'd scream "Surfer!" and once this really fat guy surfed and he goes "Heavy load!" it was so funny. Tony was beautiful. He had eyeliner on too and it was lovely. "During Lost Broken Confused" I thought about Amy because i put that song in a note to her a while ago :) I got kicked in the head a couple times and almost fell over but besides that i was mostly fine. Before they did "Drawing board" Tony said something that really stuck with me. He said something like this (i dont know if i got the EXACT words so dont quote me) "Where are all the guys tonight? raise up your arms (they do so) hey dudes! This song is dedicated to you guys because, no offence ladies, i mean you guys are amazing, i mean you can make us do ANYTHING you want us to, but sometimes you just fuck with us." After he said that Ashley turned and looked right into my eyes and i just kind of nodded and rolled my eyes. She's like "You can make HIM do anything you want." ha...yeah im working on it ash. So back to the show. They dedicated one song to "The girls that come to the shows for the music and not the guys" and i thought that was pretty cool. Tony was talking about how they had all had a good tour but that the whole band had been sick and then he takes a cigarette (i had thought it was a cigarette anyway) from behind his right ear and throws it at somone and goes "That shits too strong for me man, im sick remember?" lol. He was talking about some guys that he had met the night before too that were in the crowd. He said he had gotten drunk with them and he hoped that their parents werent pissed. lol. then he's like "Yeah that was good. naw im just kidding." then he takes his guitar and strums it along to the beat of his words as he says "Dont do drugs, dont do drugs, save em' for me, save em' for me." lol. Unfortunately after this point in the show my night went bad. See, a crowd surfer, again, went over me but she kicked me REALLY hard in the head and i got all dizzy and blacked out. I had to hold onto ash to keep from fainting. It was pretty bad. Then i thought i was going to throw up and i got really scared because my eyes kept going black and my ears were pounding. Ash kept looking at me and asking me if i was ok (well i read her lips) I told her i wanted to leave after the next song. NOT KIDDING! me, brittany, said i wanted to leave from a pit during a mest concert. pretty shocking huh? thats how awful i felt. I thought i was going to faint and fall to the floor and get my skull crushed in. I just kept my head down and ash kept the crowd surfers away from me so that i wouldnt get hurt anymore. I sorta missed the next two songs because i was so dizzy and out of it. But then Tony said "This next song is dedicated to a band that is our best friends" THAT snapped me out of it! "They are one of the biggest bands out there right now and they are our homies, so this song is dedicated to...dynamite boy! ha, just kidding this is for the fuckers of Good Charlotte. And all you pussy's that are going into the mest crapp message boards and calling them sellouts need to go into your parents bedroom and..." At that point i thought i was going to faint again so i put my head down and missed what he was saying. They did "Jaded" and i cried. lol. So Mest leaves but the crowd starts chanting "Fucked up kid!" so they came back out but me and ash left because i was still pretty out of it. We stood at the back and watched (i still had a really good view because the place was so TINY!) and they did "Cadillac" (!!!) i was so pissed off because moshing to that song has been my goal for months :( it still rocked though. They changed the words, at the start they did "wake me up inside" and tony sang it with this really high pitched voice. it was so funny. Then he's making fun of Amy lee (personally i think she's really annoying so i thought this was great lol) and they did the "Milkshake song" still with the beat of cadillac and it was so cool Tony goes "I could FUCK you but i have to charge!" it was awsome! After they left i held onto ash and we found my mom, when ash told her what happened she was all worried and bought me water. lol. She bought me and pink tanktop with a mest heart on it thats really cool and we were going to get it signed but when we ran to the stage (tony was still up there) the guards told us to move. David bought a fall out boy belt and then we waited outside. We decided that we shouldnt wait for mest to come out because i was still really out of it and we left.

shit. i gotta go my mom needs the phone. I guess this entry was long enough though right? lol and plus i got most of the details. I gotta develope the pics from the concert tomorrow! (we lost one camera in the pit though, fucker.)

I still have a really bad headache and im SO SORE! the bump on my head is huge! lol. I went home from school early because i was so dizzy. I need medication....i better go get some befor i pass out.
